  • For Misty Fields 2025, a live music festival in The Netherlands, I developed a new strategy for their social media platforms by adding shorter visual engagements in the form of video across all channels. In addition, I developed two recurring concepts called ‘Throwback’ and ‘Through the Lens’.

‘Through the Lens’ is a video series in which we hand artists who played at the festival a disposable camera, then later develop the photos and compile them into a collage-style video edit.

‘Throwback’ is a video series developed to re-engage the audience by revisiting moments from performances. We do this by going through video footage of a performance and posting a summarized, restyled video of the artist on social media platforms.

The new strategdy worked and spiked viewer engagement and watchtime by over 188.3 th%.

  • That’s a great question. Besides contacting me and us figuring out together what I can do for you, I always look at what’s lacking and what’s currently underutilized. From there, we can add to your brand, persona, or event, or highlight elements that are already present. I develop all concepts with my strongest suits in mind: animation, motion graphics, video footage, alternative shooting styles, and anticipating engagement.

  • For editing footage, I use a combination of Davinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro. Both in my opinion have elements that the other program cannot hold up to, so I prefer a duo for better results.

For animation, I use After Effects, Figma, Jitter, and other VJíng programs like Resolume Arena and Hydra Video Synth. While I do not let AI complete my projects, I sometimes use AI prompts or pasrt of an AI generated animation as a starting point for my animations.

  • A large part of my work takes me on-site—whether it’s on set, in the photo pit, or wherever my projects lead me. I thrive in environments where I can be hands-on, even if my role is focused on post-production. Being there gives me the chance to notice details I might otherwise miss. That said, behind the camera is still where I feel most at home, so I tend to gravitate towards a screen whenever possible.
